Bev is a dependable, knowledgeable, and positive realtor to work with. She gave us honest feedback about our mom's house that we were trying to sell. When she didn't have an answer to a question, she would research it and get back to us. Bev helped us through a difficult time and was totally supportive. Without her knowledge and persistence, I don't know how we could have gotten everything done in time. At the settlement, she guided us through all the steps. As a first time home buyer, Bev was a pleasure to work with! She was very knowledgable and helped me understand and navigate every step of the home buying process - from finding and helping negotiate a great home for my needs to understanding the contract and closing process. This helped tremendously with the stress and made me more confident during the whole process. Bev was very communicative with me and others involved. She had great connections and recommendations for inspections and lenders, even in a situation when I was looking at a home that needed construction cost rolled into the loan. Bev was great with communication and helped keep people in the loop so everyone was on the same page. Working during the beginning of the pandemic was challenging and we went through several different homes, but Bev helped find the perfect home for me!
